Shipping & Delivery

This English version is a convenience translation. Only the German version is legally binding.

Delivery time

We start production no earlier than two hours after you have completed the payment, and we let you know by email when it starts. This can still be on the same day. Production takes 3 to 5 working days, and shipping with DHL another 2 to 3 working days. In total, your order reaches you 5 to 8 working days after approval and payment. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Rhineland-Palatinate.

Christmas

If you approve your preview and complete your order by 7 December 2026 inclusive, we will deliver by 24 December 2026. If you would like to order later, please write to us at info@doodlhero.com before ordering. We will then tell you whether delivery by Christmas Eve is still possible. It is only promised if we have confirmed it to you by email before you order.

Shipping costs

Shipping is included in all sets. There are no additional shipping costs, including for the Grandparents Set shipped to several addresses.

Delivery area

We deliver exclusively to addresses in Germany.

Grandparents Set to several addresses

With the Grandparents Set, you can have the three figures sent to one or more addresses in Germany, with at most one address per figure. When ordering, you decide which figure goes where. Each parcel contains the figure or figures for that address with paints, brushes and painting instructions, gift-wrapped and with your greeting card. Parcels to gift recipients do not show any price. All parcels are included in the price.

Shipping with DHL

We ship with DHL Paket. We send you your tracking number by email. Whether DHL may leave a parcel with neighbours, at a drop-off location or at a branch depends on your DHL settings and DHL's terms.

Packaging

Every figure is finished and packed by hand in our workshop in Betzdorf. The Grandparents Set comes gift-wrapped.

If a parcel does not arrive

If your parcel does not arrive, or DHL reports a delivery that you did not receive, please write to us at info@doodlhero.com. We will clarify the whereabouts with DHL. If the parcel is lost, we will remake its contents free of charge and send the parcel again.

If a parcel comes back because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because the parcel was not collected, we will contact you. Once you have replied, we will send it again; we charge 5.49 € per parcel for this. You may prove that our costs were lower.

Until we have handed the parcel over to DHL, we will change the delivery address at your request.

Transport damage

Please check the parcel when you receive it. If the figure has arrived damaged, send us a photo to info@doodlhero.com. We will make the figure again free of charge and send it again. You do not have to return the damaged figure. Your statutory rights remain unaffected, even if you contact us later.
