Right of withdrawal and cancellation

At a glance

There is no statutory right of withdrawal for DoodlHero figures, because we make every figure from your drawing. Regardless of this, you can cancel an order free of charge within two hours of completing the payment. After that, we cancel free of charge until we have informed you by email that production has started. Your statutory rights apply in the event of defects and transport damage.

No right of withdrawal for custom-made goods

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (§ 312g (2) no. 1 BGB).

We make every DoodlHero figure only after your order and exclusively from the drawing you uploaded. There is therefore no right of withdrawal for the contract for the figure, including the corresponding paints, brushes and painting instructions as a single set. We point this out to you before you order, directly above the button "Order with obligation to pay", and again in the order confirmation.

Voluntary free cancellation

We grant you this cancellation option additionally and voluntarily. It is not a statutory right of withdrawal.

• You can always cancel your order free of charge within two hours of completing the payment. Your order confirmation states the exact time.
• After that, we cancel free of charge until we have informed you by email that production has started.
• The cancellation does not require any particular form. For example, send us an email to info@doodlhero.com or a letter. The time it reaches us is decisive.
• If you call your message a withdrawal within these periods, we treat it as a cancellation.
• You can only cancel the order as a whole.
• We refund the full price without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days, using the payment method you used.

Termination after production has started

Once production has started, you can terminate the contract until your figures have been completed (§ 648 BGB). We can then claim the agreed price, minus the expenses we save as a result of the termination.

Defects and transport damage

Your statutory rights in the event of defects remain unaffected. If a figure arrives damaged or a parcel is lost, we make it again free of charge (terms, § 13).
